Refund and Exchange Policy


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
Request for the returned or exchanged items:
  • Items must be sent out within 14 days from the delivery date;
  • Unused items with the tag still attached (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition can be returned.
  • Please send back purchase proof inside parcel (receipt or invoice) and return form, which you can obtained by contacting us at info@bremwear.com.
  • Please note you should cover the return’s shipping fee. We refund item price.
    I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?
    • BREMwear allows you to exchange received goods (if you want to choose another size or even another item).
    • Please note you should send item/s back within 14 days from the delivery date.
    • Unused items with the tag still attached (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition are accepted only.
    • Please send back purchase proof inside parcel (receipt or invoice) and exchange form, which can be obtained by contacting us at info@bremwear.com, with your invoice number and new item selected.
    • Shipping costs associated to the exchange is paid by the customer.

    How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    • Once it is received and inspected by the fulfilment centre (usually within 48 hours), your refund will be processed within maximum 14 working days.
